Set over six levels, Beresford Hall was expertly designed by award winning architects Morrison Design Partnership with luxurious interiors created by CHADA. All our suites are fully furnished. Unlike the standard for aged care facilities in Australia, care recipients do not live in rooms but live in suites. This is an important distinction as the suites often include a sitting room, balcony, built in wardrobe, bedroom and accompanying en suite. The result is a spacious and luxurious living area that better accommodates for the needs of the elderly, and sets the standard for the future of aged care in Australia.

Beresford Hall offers four categories of suite: Classic, Deluxe, Premiere and Signature. The size and aspect of the suite is determinative of the Accommodation Payment (see our FAQ section for more information).

The design reflects the long-term expectations of older persons in the local area as well as making it inviting for family and friends to visit and become involved in our community. Beresford Hall offers internet connection in each suite, wireless internet throughout the facility, and our staff assist and teach care recipients to use modern technologies, including video-conferencing with medical practitioners and communicating with family and friends using the internet.
